Lynn Hoang is a highly accomplished tattoo artist whose journey reflects resilience, creativity, and purpose. Born in Vietnam and raised in the United States, Lynn’s dedication and discipline led her to earn three bachelor’s degrees from Penn State by the age of 21 — yet her passion for art always remained at the center of her life.

In 2016, Lynn made the bold decision to leave the corporate world and pursue tattooing full-time. Through years of persistence — working in walk-in shops and home studios — she refined her craft before joining Skin Design Tattoo in 2019 as an apprentice under renowned artist Robert Pho.

Today, Lynn is known for her emotionally powerful realism work, using tattooing as both an artistic expression and a deeply personal form of storytelling. Her art has become a source of healing, growth, and connection — for both herself and her clients.
